Shipping Policy
Order processing Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
US shipping Free standard shipping on all US orders, with delivery typically in 2–5 business days after shipping. Need it sooner? Express shipping is available at checkout for $14.95 (1–2 business days).
International shipping We ship to Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Rates are shown at checkout, and orders above the listed amount ship free:
International delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on destination and customs. Any duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility. Canadian customers may see pricing in CAD at checkout.
Tracking You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Delays Once an order is with the carrier, timing is outside our control. If something seems stuck or hasn't arrived as expected, email info@nutritionotg.com and we'll make it right.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's shipping cost.
