Shipping Policy

Order processing Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day.

We don't process or ship on weekends or holidays.

US shipping

Standard: Free on orders over $35. A flat $4.95 under $35. Delivery typically 2 to 5 business days after shipping.

Express: $14.95 at checkout, 1 to 2 business days.

International shipping: 

We ship to Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Rates show at checkout, and orders above each threshold ship free:

Canada: $9.99, free over $99

United Kingdom: $12.99, free over $99

Europe: $14.99, free over $99

Australia & New Zealand: $19.99, free over $200

International delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on destination and customs. Any duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Canadian customers may see pricing in CAD at checkout.

Tracking: You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to start updating. Delays Once an order is with the carrier, timing is outside our control.

If something seems stuck or hasn't arrived as expected, email info@nutritionotg.com and we'll make it right. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's shipping cost.
