SINGLE-SERVE CREATINE

Single-Serve Creatine Packets

Individual creatine packets you can throw in a carry-on, a gym bag, or a desk drawer. Every Nutrition On The Go packet carries a full 5g serving of micronized creatine monohydrate, already blended with whey isolate or plant protein. No tub, no scoop, no measuring.

THE SHORT ANSWER

Each packet is one full serving: 5g of micronized creatine monohydrate plus 25g whey protein isolate or 20g plant protein. We do not sell creatine on its own. The creatine is pre-blended into the protein packet, which is the whole point: one packet covers both, so you carry one thing instead of two.

Why single-serve beats a tub

5g

A full serving, pre-measured

The maintenance serving used across the published research is 3g to 5g of creatine monohydrate a day. Every packet is 5g, so there is nothing to scoop and nothing to guess.

0

Scoops to dig for

No tub, no scoop buried at the bottom, no powder dusted through your bag. Tear, pour, shake.

2-in-1

Protein and creatine in one

You are already taking both. Nutrition On The Go is the only 2-in-1 packet on the market, so one packet covers the whole shake.

TSA

Built for carry-ons

Single-serve packets sit far under the TSA 12 ounce powder limit, so they go straight through security in a carry-on.

Creatine packets vs a tub of creatine

Feature Single-serve packets Creatine tub
Dosing Pre-measured 5g, every packet Scoop and level it yourself
Travel TSA-friendly, one packet per day Bulky, spills, usually stays home
Protein Included: 25g whey or 20g plant Separate tub, separate scoop
Mess Sealed until you tear it Powder in the bag, clumps in the lid
Cost per serving From $2.33, protein included Cheaper per gram, but two products to buy

Creatine packet questions

How much creatine is in each packet?

5g of micronized creatine monohydrate, a full daily maintenance serving. It is already blended with the protein, so one packet is one complete serving of both.

Do you sell creatine packets without protein?

Not today. Every Nutrition On The Go packet is a 2-in-1: creatine plus whey isolate or plant protein. If you want creatine on its own, a tub is the cheaper route. Our format is built for people who take both anyway and would rather carry one thing than two.

Do I need a loading phase?

No. 5g a day reaches full saturation in roughly three to four weeks. Loading gets you there faster but is optional, and skipping it avoids the stomach upset some people report. Our creatine dosage calculator will size it for you.

Can I take creatine packets on a plane?

Yes. TSA allows powders in carry-on bags, with additional screening for containers over 12 ounces. A single-serve packet is nowhere near that limit. Full rules in our guide to bringing creatine on a plane.

Is creatine monohydrate the right form?

Monohydrate is the most studied form of creatine and the one used in the majority of published research. That is what is in every packet.
