What's covered
• Eligibility: First-time buyers, on your first order of any Nutrition On The Go product.
• Timeframe: You have 45 days from your delivery date to request a refund.
• Use it fully: No usage requirement. Empty the pouch if you want and still get every dollar back.
• Refund type: Full refund to your original payment method. No store credit, no partial refunds.
• No return needed: Keep or recycle the remaining packets. We don't ask you to ship anything back.
How to request a refund
Email us at info@nutritionotg.com with:
• Your order number
• A quick note on why it didn't work for you (it helps us improve)
We submit your refund within 1 to 2 business days and send a confirmation email. It lands on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
What's not covered
• Repeat orders: The guarantee applies to your first purchase only. Once you've been refunded, later orders aren't eligible.
• Subscription renewals: Auto-ship orders after your first shipment aren't covered. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime before the next renewal.
• Bulk orders (60-packs): Orders of 60 or more packets are excluded. They're heavily discounted and built for committed buyers.
• Unopened and unused: Refunded minus return shipping (paid by the buyer). Email us for a return label.
