What’s Covered

• Eligibility: First-time buyers on their first order of any Nutrition On The Go product.

• Timeframe: You have 30 days from your delivery date to request a refund.

• Usage requirement: You must have used at least half the packets in your order. We want you to give it a real shot before deciding.

• Refund type: Full refund to your original payment method. No store credit, no partial refunds.

• No return required: Keep or discard the remaining packets. We don’t ask you to ship anything back.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@nutritionotg.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief note on why it didn’t work for you (helps us improve)

We’ll process your refund within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s submitted.

What’s Not Covered

• Repeat orders or reorders: The guarantee applies to your first purchase only. If you’ve already bought and been refunded, subsequent orders are not eligible.

• Subscription renewals: Auto-ship orders after the first shipment are not covered. You can cancel your subscription anytime before the next renewal.

• Bulk orders (60-packs): Orders of 60 or more packets are excluded. These are heavily discounted and intended for committed buyers.

• Unopened/unused: Full refund minus return shipping (paid by buyer). Email us for a return label.
