When should I take it?

Do I need to do a creatine loading phase?

Loading is optional. One packet daily reaches full saturation within 3–4 weeks. Loading (multiple servings/day for 5–7 days) gets you there faster but isn't required.

Can I stack it with other supplements?

Yes. It pairs well with pre-workout, BCAAs, and electrolytes. The 5g creatine is already included — no need to add a separate creatine product.
