What's in each packet?

What's the difference between whey and vegan?

The whey formula uses whey protein isolate (25g protein). The vegan formula uses a pea/rice protein blend (20g protein). Both include 5g creatine monohydrate.

How do I mix it?

Tear open the packet, pour into 8 to 12 oz of cold or room-temp water or milk, and shake. No blender needed. Adding it to coffee or anything hot? Dissolve the packet in a splash of cold liquid first, then stir it into your coffee. That keeps whey smooth.

When should I take it?

Do I need to do a creatine loading phase?
